Kam Ghomghani is a proven retail professional with a unique 28 year portfolio of mass-merchandising and specialty retail experience. For consumer product companies needing effective merchandising solutions in developing their business, Kam balances a wealth of knowledge in how to manage process details as well as see the "big picture" in delivering maximum financial results.

Serving at Walmart Stores, Inc. with a 21 year record of integrity and achievement, Kam contributed across a wide range of operational and merchandising responsibilities such as Dept Manager, Asst. Manager, Co-manager, Store Manager, Co-Director of Super Center, and Merchandise Buyer.

In 1994 Kam received the Walmart U.S. "Buyer of the Year" Award. This was accomplished by improvements in direct-import programs, "Store of the Community" assortments, and private label brand development resulting in increased profitably and market share. Kam has a depth of Global Procurement and Product Development expertise having traveled extensively throughout Asia and being directly involved with item creation, marketing and logistics. Under Kam's leadership, many new items, new brands and private label programs were introduced. Additionally, Kam has contributed to many corporate strategic planning and project management initiatives during his tenure as senior buyer.

After Walmart, Kam spent seven years building entrepreneurial experiences with specialty stores and property management focus.

Kam founded two businesses: NWA Property Management LLC and NWA Custom Cabinets Inc. where he was President and CEO.

As President and CEO of Discount Bible and More, Kam restructured the company on merchandising, technology, marketing and presentation; he added fresh merchandise, upgraded technical tools and implemented regional merchandising strategy. As result the company was rated #1 locally and #2 nationally amongst owner-operated specialty discount stores within its category.

Kam has been a guest speaker, teacher and trainer in many events across a variety of subjects and has demonstrated an exceptional ability to motivate and connect with his audience in a positive manner.
